Head of Central Financial Controlling Department of Eurocash Group.EXCOM Member. Responsible for:- menagerial reporting, - budgeting, forecasting,- investment projects evaluation,- results analysing,- presenting the business performance- risks identyfication and evaluation,- strategy implementation,- consolidation.

Responsible for organization of the office work, staff recruitment processes, long-term relationship and communication with clients. Business and financial advisory in a business controlling area, costs savings and reduction, working capital optimization, capital expense analysis, budgeting and long-term planning as well as business modelling. Outsourcing of the management accounts function, cash position monitoring and reporting.

Responsible for controlling department (3 persons), daily cooperation with main departments including accounting, sales and buying department or expansion and logistics.- reporting directly to the Management Board, - Executive Committee Member, - in charge of management reporting (IAS), - preparation, analysis and presentation of financial statements, - co-operation with external and internal auditors, - contacts with the Group headquarters, - control over financial accounting and project management, Responsible for: - preparation, analysis and control over the budgets, - analysis and control of sales, margin and costs, - working capital management, - investment control and management, - credit, collection of receivables, strict daily inventory control,- budgeting, long-term planning,- financial data presentation,- costs savings projects management.

Responsible for:- consolidation of the results and budgets of all business units within the Eurocash Group,- unification of reporting system in the new acquired businesses,- support for the new controllers - training, - monitoring and supervision over the correctness and quality of financial data and budgets provided by unit controllers,- performance of costs, margins and revenues as well as allocation among units,- preparation and presentation of the consolidated results to the Management Board,- administration and control of management accounts and cost centres structures in SAP.

Responsible for controlling department (4 persons), daily cooperation with Sales Managers in Cash&Carry business unit and Financial Controlling.- organization of the new department in Eurocash within Operations,- implementation of the new reporting guidelines, particularly in sales area, - support to all sales managers in order to improve their performance and results, - takeover of a part of the Financial Controlling Department responsibilities due to fast growing Cash & Carry chain, including budgeting stores sales, costs, inventories, credit sales, capex and other important figures, - reporting of stores performance and results on a daily, weekly and monthly basis both for sales department and financial controlling, - preparation of various ad-hoc reports and analyses.
