Act as liaison between the company, staff, and office building management, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.• Operate computer-based programs for accounting, student and personnelinformation.• Fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors• Communicate with parents, regulatory bodies and the public• Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting• Work as a team player with Principal and staff.• Perform various computer, word processing, typing responsibilities andwritten communication skills• Enter/maintain data and generate reports in the student informationsystem, accounting and administrative system• Perform clerical duties such as mail distribution, collating, filing,recording, sorting, faxing and related duties.• Greet visitors and parents, answer their questions and direct them toappropriate offices and meeting rooms; answer the telephone, ascertainthe nature of the caller’s business ; provide information or direct inquiries,as required.
