• Maintain structure, safety, and ensure that all needs are met for youth in residential treatment. • Facilitate ongoing group evaluations throughout the day for planned groups, activities and responsibilities. • Provide a positive role model to youth by participating with residents to exemplify a healthy and wholesome approach to life, to develop a sense of community and to maintain a clean and pleasant environment.• Responsible for maintaining a safe program environment through ongoing Crisis Prevention Intervention training, appropriate responses, and proper physical restraint techniques.
