• Full responsibility for reporting and reconciling balances with RBS Invoice Finance which includes daily sales report to the bank, drawing down correct available funds, agreeing to the bank statements and aged receivables reports (all in multiple currencies GBP, USD, EUR).• Coding and posting all type of company costs and other documents including stock import.• Constant improvement and implement of financial processes and flow of documents and reporting all changes needed in ongoing process of Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation.• Posting and reconciling bank statements in multiple currencies.• Full responsibility for Company Fixed Assets register with regular update and monthly reconciliation to Fixed Assets NBV in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV.• Preparing P&L report for biggest customers with revenue and related costs and agreeing it with theirs relevant B2B portal (eg Amazon's Vendor Central - 5 different markets or John Lewis's Oracle)• Keeping books and all registers tidy and supporting Financial Director with preparation of Financial Statements
