-Managing small and large scale bio ethanol fireplace projects-Management of office work (scheduling meeting, projects, etc.)-Managing supply chain of materials and goods (USA, China (mainly), Europe)-Management of new design products, from sketch/idea stage to a full production and implementation to product range-Dealing with high end clientele-Dealing with engineers, interior designer and architects-Implementation of new project performance tools, new accounting system

-Responsible for managing domestic Solar PV systems installations -Managing suppliers (SolarWorld, SolarEdge, Panasonic, Sharp, etc.)- Issuing EPC reports, certifications and other necessary documentation- Maintaining the office and accounts- Organising stands and company presentation for the shows (Grand Designs, Homebuilding & Renovating, Built It, etc.)- Maintaining two websites-Organising trips and going abroad to meet new suppliers
