20 years of my work life, I have enjoyed identifying & building business opportunities, new partnerships & collaborations; setting up teams & processes, consulting, creating marketing programs, piloting new projects, generating revenue, negotiating, planning & strategizing, establishing distribution network & scaling up businesses -mostly, in an international set up.Majority part of my career I have been promoting and consulting Korean SMEs across industries , to facilitate their entrance in the Indian market. I have enabled Indian companies to explore, establish and expand sourcing network in Korea. Over these years, building brand Korea as a preferred sourcing destination has made me experiment with new trade promotion ways. Working with and managing cross-functional, multi-national & multi-cultural teams over these years has given me an opportunity & deep learning to embrace diversity to deliver business outcomes.With success of pilot programs in the trade promotion set up, foraying the B2C e-commerce segment, currently I am delightfully building Korean marketplace in B2B domain for Indian industrial consumers.
