- Support the Team Leader by providing training programs for new associates (trainingmost of team members)- Being a mentor for junior associates- In case of Team Leader's absence coordinating daily team work, delegating tasks andresponsibilities, reporting to supervisors

Main responsibilities include:-The main objective of the role is to provide Back Office support to our prestigious customers from the healthcare segment with monitoring their written orders.-Order Entry Agents taking responsibility for different regions within Europe assure a correct, complete and timely input and confirmation of non-touch orders with a minimum of errors with the purpose to have the order lines ready for allocation.-Associates in this team will be also accountable for the confirmation of the order entry delivery and invoicing details to the customers

-Entry of data concerning working hours, holidays, absences, work schedules into systems.-Checking the correctness of documents -Preparation of reports.

-Direct guest service at the reception desk and completion of all necessary formalities related to the hotel stay (booking, check in/out, invoicing, etc. ) -The provision of information to guests on the conditions of stay and on the supplementary services provided by the hotel
