Working in Land department, managing legal cases, NOCs/approvals of all ongoing projects at Gurgaon, Ludhiana and Kasauli, drafting & vetting of Agreements, Applications Forms, plaints, replies, notices, complete documentation related to projects approvals/sanctions.

Handling work related to land acquisition, legal scrutiny of land documents, due diligence, approvals and sanctions from various govt and quasi govt authorities, liasoning, drafting of agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, notices, plaints and related docs. Advisory role to the management. Attending legal cases as and when required.

Job profile included: • Attending matters in various legal forums nationwide including High Courts and Hon’ble Supreme Court.• Drafting and vetting legal opinions, agreements, plaints, complaints, writ petitions, arbitration matters, notices, preparation of pleadings. etc.• Attending matters related to civil recovery, arbitration, writ petitions, consumer matters, criminal matters, cases relating to 138 NI Act, property, Execution Proceedings, labour etc.• Liasoning with advocates and various authorities – government and quasi-judicial• Co-ordination with Department executives, senior officials and Advocates to brief and discuss the matters• Advisory role to management for recovery of debts, strategic decisions regarding property issues, HR related issues, consumer related matters• Maintenance of data base of cases• Liasoning with Detective Agencies for tracing of assets and individuals and surveillance for execution of decrees, recovery of money etc• Extensive research and investigation of high value defaulters - assets, bank accounts, life style, family details, surveillance, movements etc either through internal team of executives or external detectives all over India for execution, recovery and related purposes.. Achievements • Developed Central Management Information Database for almost 400 cases nationwide.• Won Rs.17 cr. Tender Order from Assam Government through legal recourse.• Solved almost 85-90 consumer cases in a span of 2 years.• Developed a strong network of Detective Agencies all over India.
