• Develops the PMO strategy and translate it into an implementation plan for AmRest • Designs, maintains & rollout frameworks and standards for Project, Program & Portfolio Management globally and ensures its effectiveness on existing markets (15) and integrate on emerging markets• Manages AmRest project portfolio (annual budget of 30mln EUR) from upfront project selection, prioritization through execution, emphasizing trade-offs to facilitate decision making processes in cooperation with AmRest Management Team. Provide executive visibility into performance, health, and key risks/ issues for programs/ projects within portfolio.• Evangelize and implement project management approaches and tools to enable successful project delivery & build PM’s community across the organization (increased in CX employees engagement rate to 90%) • Built & manage the team of 6-20 PM’s (direct reports and project-based teams)

• Project preparation including setting the scope to evaluate possible technology, define major phases, plan resources and define risks as well as ensuring business justification of the initiative.• Supporting business with analytical skills, defining plans, execute them, manage project team, conducting project meetings and deliver reports on project progress. • Project planning and administration • Project delivery in coordination with third party vendors: completing of all projects deliverables within approved scope and resources ensuring internal customer and team satisfaction KEY PROJECTS: 1. Since 2016 - Business Administration, International Management Master studiesInternational Business Projects class. Design and delivery of an original programme (20 hours of lecture, final case). Program included introduction to projects, risks& opportunities connected with international environment, cultural impact & success & failure stories. Students learn the practical approach to international business project. Business cases & group exercises.
