With over 16 years of experience as a Program and Office Manager at Youth For Understanding Polska, I am an expert in international youth exchange programs. I have successfully coordinated and supported hundreds of exchange students and host families, working with partner organizations around the world in English. I have also recruited, trained, and supervised volunteers and staff, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.As a skilled multi-tasker and communicator, I have handled various office and administrative tasks, such as keeping records, correspondence, translation, and reporting. I have also demonstrated my ability to work remotely, using online tools and platforms to manage and monitor the programs.
