I'm responsible for the commercial strategy and development of ATEPAA, which is a totally different, fresh and the modern approach to the locker room equipment.This is an offer for the investors wishing to meet every, even fastidious customer.Our lockers quality, design and professional approach of our Team, are already well known in European countries, where ATEPAA lockers are used in fitness chains.My responsibilities are:- setting and achieving of the commercial strategic objectives of the company, - approval of the short and long term marketing plans,- negotiation of the major project deals, - approval of the pricing and positioning of the company's products, - participation in the preparation of the business plans for the company,- overall performance of the customer operations department.

- taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant,- analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability,- marketing activities (promotional events),- reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales,- creating and executing plans for department sales, profit and staff development.
