•Obtain/generate and maintaining the requisite statutory records relating toattendance, overtime and earnings of employees.•Implement all rules, procedures, directives etc. applicable under variousstatutes including those prescribed by the Management.•Coordinate, negotiate and liaison with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules.•Conduct interviews up to executive levels and evaluate the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees Welfare.•Conduct orientation program to new employees.•Coordinate and liaison with external Consultants on employees’ training needs and arranges training schedules for employees.•Attend to employees’ grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary.•Review, update and maintain proper filing of insurance policy, performance appraisal form and training schedules.•Coordinate with Government personnel for conducting exams in the college premises.
