Hi my name is Monika Smith, I am currently a student at Hampton University from Bronx, NY. I am a psychology major, with a minor in criminal justice and a pre-law track. When it comes to strengths I would say that I have many however my top three would have to be understanding, team leading and managing task. I would say that my strongest strength would have to be team leading because I have been a manager at the NBA Store at the age of seventeen. I have trained seven plus employees and ran the sneaker department on my own. I can bring that same excitement and success to this position along with their job giving me more opportunities to learn more skills and broaden my experience.
