- month and quarter end close process for Joint Venture company ELLBA CV along with monitoring the timely completion of period end tasks,- completion all standard and non-standard process activities in General Leger (posting of accruals, provisions, tax, amortization, dividend, carry forward etc.), Group Reporting, Management Information and other in a timely and accurate manner,- delivering NIAT reports for preliminary results of MSPO-2 (50% of Shell’s part in ELLBA CV),- delivering financial statements and management information for Joint Venture partner BASF, - providing input for quarterly commentaries concerning MSPO-2 for SN Board,- delivering financial statements of MSPO-2 together with supplementary information and commentaries for Group Reporting (Report 1 submitter and analyst),- delivering MSPO-2 financial statements (P&L and BS) by products (SM and PO) to CHAIN system together with quarterly reconciliation of anchor points versus Report 1,- analysis of reported numbers for the business (cooperation with Finance Advisor on the plant) and for senior manager,- cooperation with various stakeholders (from Shell Business Operations in Krakow, Group Reporting, Business Partners, JV partner BASF and auditors),- supporting yearly statutory report for ELLBA CV, ELLBA BV and MSPO-2- preparing Reporting Package for BASF statutory report purposes,- cooperation with business stakeholders on ELLBA PLAN preparation, - lead process improvements etc. actualization of ELLBA handbook, actualization of Fixed Costs allocation and reviewing of accuracy of cost centers assigned to ELLBA,- accounts reconciliation in Blackline,- preparing and registering FUN entries for MSPO-2,- owner of EUC control for MSPO -2,- ensuring of operational effectiveness of the controls within areas of responsibility,

- month closing according to local and USGAAP policy, - preparing and analysis of financial reports: balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow, consolidation reports and branch reports, - monthly analysis of financial results on long term contracts revision,- calculation of loss provision on contracts, - monthly forecast revision (P&L, working capital, cash flow, etc.),- managing of action plan of improving the results and reducing the overheads with operations’ departments cooperation,- foreign exchange exposure (hedging), - filed hour rate calculation,- cost control,- analysis of bad debt,- preparing ad hoc reports, analysis and presentations for country head office and WHQ in the USA,- preparing monthly comments and monthly presentation of commercial and financial activity,- coordination of the plan process and consolidation data in the final version,- cooperation with financial controller in solving the SOX-a issues,- participation in the process of financial procedure actualization,- participation in new ERP system implementation

- preparing monthly financial reports: balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow, consolidation reports and other reports of the two companies required by the head office in France and the financial director, - analysis of financial results, sales, commercial margin and the level of costs in comparison to budget and previous year,- analysis of the balance sheet: stock, liabilities and receivables, social, fiscal and financial debt and other positions of balance,- preparing analytical review of commercial and financial activity,- participation in the budgeting of the two companies with cooperation with the financial director.

- reconciliation with suppliers, clearing of accounts, booking of purchase invoices and sales, preparing payments, service of individual customers and companies, placing orders, drawing-up sales papers, transport organization etc.
