During the fellowship in the United States I studied the best practices in court-connected Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) programs. My goal was to implement and expand court-connected mediation pilot projects in Poland and promote the use of mediation through training for the judiciary. I frequently participate in university programs focused on ADR and lectures at international mediation conferences. I have attended numerous mediation, negotiation, judicial case management trainings, seminars, and workshops organized by institutions such as the European Judicial Training Network (EJTN), Academy of European Law (ERA), Ecole nationale de la Magistrature in Paris, CEELI Institute in Prague, Deutscher Richterbund & Deutsche Stiftung fur Internationale Rechtliche Zusammenarbeit E.V. and German Judicial Academy in Wustrau. My experience includes participating in specialised exchange programs in mediation for judges in the courts in: Espoo (Finland), Nykoping (Sweden), Verden (Germany), Rome and Sassari (Italy). In 2021, I served twice as an expert/lecturer during Mediation course for Jordanian judges in the project targeted at an increased use of court-managed mediation by the judges of Reconciliation Courts and First Instance Courts "Technical assistance to the Modernisation of the Infrastructure and Procedures of the Civil and Commercial Justice in Jordan" organized by the Agence Francaise de Development and Expertise France, the French public agency for the design and implementation of international technical cooperation projects.
