Electric Castle is a unique festival experience that takes place on the amazing domain of Banffy Castle, near Cluj-Napoca, in Transylvania.It shakes up the way people interact with a festival by combing an eclectic musical lineup with arts, technology and a visually innovative concept.I started in the 2015 edition as a simple volunteer and after the first day I took an official position in the organizing team. In the following editions I took up the Backstage department and created my own team. Together we are in charge of all the artist that perfom in our line-up and their preferences (food, room, logistics, technical equipment, entertainment and schedule).

I started in 2015 as a volunteer and won the title of The Best Volunteer of The Year, from a number of 400 volunteers, being voted by the all the Department Managers. After that they hired me instantly and I become a valuable staff member in the Logistic Team.Our team is in charge of all 25 locations where the festival carries on a wide range of activities. Before the festival we decorate and create every little detail with a huge amount of hard work, care and responsability.During the festival we act like an emergency team as we are called to solve almost anything and after the festival we are the ones that clean everything with the same sense of responsability as at the beggining.
