Current· Leads organization-wide new business development activities, such as seeking and responding to government RFPs and grant opportunities.· Manages proposal development processes for inter-departmental initiatives, including: drafting experience and expertise content; soliciting content and insight from staff; managing documents and version control; and, formatting, editing, and proofreading. · Develops and implements systems and processes related to business development, including:… Show more · Leads organization-wide new business development activities, such as seeking and responding to government RFPs and grant opportunities.· Manages proposal development processes for inter-departmental initiatives, including: drafting experience and expertise content; soliciting content and insight from staff; managing documents and version control; and, formatting, editing, and proofreading. · Develops and implements systems and processes related to business development, including: implementing and administering client relationship management software; designing a tool to assist staff in deciding whether to pursue an RFP or other opportunity; and, designing a new organization-branded resume template and managing the conversion of all staff resumes to the new format. · Facilitates inter-departmental business development and marketing team that steers development of organizational protocol for staff roles and responsibilities related to development processes.· Serves as co-chair of organizational professional development committee, developing internal programming to support the professional development of staff.
