Through my management the program ended having an economic impact of over $2 million in Toronto's arts and culture sector from its operating time in 2019 to 2022. I provided stewardship to Arts and Culture organizations throughout the program where they learn about procuring and maintaining sponsorship opportunities in addition to board governance training.- Managed delivery of twelve program launches and workshops province-wide, liaising with municipal government and local leadership, impacting over 400 arts organizations. - Planned and tracked timelines, budgets, schedules, performance measurements, and program deliverables while reporting details to internal and external stakeholders.- Reported on progress of cultural organizations, levels of private sector contributions to ensure regulatory compliance.

In my role I assisted in building operations, events, and programming through actively working at these events, as well as training and supervising employees to provide building security as well as event staff.- Managing the building monitor security programs at the Music building and the Lebel building for the School of Creative Arts and Innovation while training and supervising over 40 employees.- Coordinating the Community Concert series to create, schedule, and program 5 concerts throughout the 2016 - 2017 concert season for over 100 performers.- Providing assistance in production, audio, and recording at various concerts.

Throughout my time in my graduate degree, I served as a research assistant for the Reciprocal Learning Program, an education program focusing on the similarities and differences between Canadian and Chinese teacher candidates.- Formulated a topic and grant proposal, then successfully awarded grant for $5000 from Mitacs to compare Chinese and Canadian music education at an intermediate age.- Taught classes about English and Canadian culture and traditions to primary and high school students. - Collaborated with Chinese teacher candidates to teach them about teaching practices in the West and to learn about teaching practices used in Chinese High Schools and Primary Schools.- Conducted and compiled research over a duration of 90 days in Chongqing, China and formally presented research findings in China at the end of the stay.- Presented at the 2016 University of Windsor Research Showcase on April 22, 2017
