• Designed Diversity Awareness Trainings for newly hired mid-managers • Created a global Diversity Management best case practice tool kit from across divisions and regions• Co-developed the first Global Diversity Business Case for DHL• Wrote my M.A. dissertation on Diversity Management looking at how to create an integrated and systems orientated approach to organisational change, with final recommendations on how to implement these in DHL/DPWN

• Developed & executed the global strategy to improve the personal and professional development of people engaged with AIESEC • Successfully led the organisational change process that led to changing AIESEC’s identity, its role, core work and thus helped create a new organizational culture through strategy, focus groups, negotiations, training and group coaching• Chaired, trained and facilitated at over 20 conferences with audience between 30 to 500 participants in over 10 countries (e.g. Nigeria, Romania, Bangladesh, Mexico, India, Germany)
