Lead Architect with about 24 years of working experience in Architectural design. Highly experienced and proficient Architect with strong design knowledge in all aspects of Architecture design including feasibility study / detail design on mixed use projects, project coordination, design management, demonstrated team leadership abilities.• Preparation of Conceptual design and in accordance with project requirements and in compliance with building codes and standards.• Preparation of Architectural detail design & Presentation drawings with emphasis on Aesthetic & functional requirements.• Participation in the Bid Evaluation of the project.• Reviewing of the contractual design and drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.• Participation/ deliberations in meetings with clients for presentation and approval of proposals / projects• Coordination with various Building Engineering Service Systems (viz. structural systems, HVAC, internal and external plumbing services, internal and external electrical services, fire protection and fire alarm systems, security systems, etc.,) and their interfaces• Review of vendor drawings & details and coordinate among various engineering groups• Experience of having worked on projects executed at multiple locations
