Successfully served as one of the school's adminstrative staff member specializing in federal student funding. As a financial aid advisor , I worked in direct connection with the school's director to obtain Title IV student federal aid for their vocational training. Responsible for educating prospective students as well as their parents or spouses about the different options a student has to assist with funding, the student enrollment process, worked with a private third party servicer to assist with obtaining funds from diffenent government systems such as G5, NSLDS, and FAA websites. Conducted reports such as SSCR, IPEDS, and often assisted with the verification process if a student was selected. Informed students of their gpa and attendance rates in order to continue to recieve federal funds. Ensured the school remained in compliance with Texas Department of Regulations', NACCAS's, and the Department of Education's stipulations and guidedlines as a means of remaining a federally funded school.

Worked in direct connection with a Licensed Bail Bondsman to manage and organized an administrative office staff. Ensured the bondsman was kept abrest of client relations, collections, clerical activities, and criminal court documents and courtdates with precision and efficiency of the administrative staff. Often assisted bondsman with tasks such as writing bonds, providing transportation to clients, to and from court appearances as well as their intital release from jail. Informed both client and cosigner of responsibilities, rules, and stipulations of being a bonded individual. Also assisted in getting a court date reset from an active judge on consignement if a client does not show up for courtdate. Locate client if a warrant is issued for their arrest as a result of a bond forfieture, collections, sheriff payments and notary services.
