This experience has heightened my awareness of the crucial role that creativity plays in teaching and learning. I believe that incorporating creativity as a foundational component, rather than an afterthought, is essential for nurturing all minds and fostering holistic development and that global education systems are failing the young in great numbers with the persistent drive towards test results.But it's not all serious around here...I thrive on light heartedness, fun and regular outbursts of sarcasm, and try to bring humour and fun to all my roles. We can do serious and important things, but we need to remain humble and not always take ourselves too seriously. Laughter is a cure and a preventative. Also, I swear, scuba dive, read a lot of books, and prefer lip sync battles to karaoke.

Established and trained a Khmer Language Quality Control Committee for the overview and editing of all teacher’s guides. Staff for this committee were recruited from the National Institute of Education.
