I had the opportunity to be a part of the Journalist Security Fellowship in Central - Eastern Europe, and through this experience, I enhanced my existing knowledge of digital security for journalists and improved my skills in using digital security tools and practices. Through this program, I have been trained to be a digital security trainer.

• Creating and conducting workshops and facilitating meetings,• Managing and organizing seminars/trainings,• Conducting research, conducting surveys,• Program management, monitoring and evaluation, consultation, mediation, protection and security measures of large groups of peer educators and trainers, as well as their motivating, • Organization and implementation of the various actions and events;• Writing, organizing and implementing, monitoring and evaluation of many projects regarding activism and non-formal education.

Managing projects and developing capacity building and education programs and strategies including but not limited to:• Preparing project proposals, documentation and budget for donor agencies and institutions • Implementing projects and achieving project objectives, ensuring completion in a timely and cost-effective manners ;• Evaluating outcomes and preparing monthly, annual and final reports;• Organizing, coordinating and facilitating training, seminars and conferences; • Work in collaborations with project partners, media, other civil society organizations and government institutions;• Administrative and clerical support to all team members.
