Event Manager AssistantEzl Ek - Društvo Za Interesno In Umetniško Dejavnost Feb 2017 - PresentMaribor, SloveniaThe organisation Društvo Ezl ek every year organise a festival, called Festival Ezl ek. Within the project, in 3 days, several events, organised by us and our partners, takes place. The main event is Opera night in the city park (Operna noč v mestnem parku) with more than 15.000 visitors. Part of the festival is also humanitarian event Steps for steps (Koraki za korakce) and traditional Tribute to Ezl ek (Poklon Ezl eku - where members of Ezl ek reunite and perform the music of their youth; 60' and 70'). To the end of the festival, we add a big picnic at the City park of Maribor (Mestni piknik v mestnem parku). More about the event on link: https://www.facebook.com/Ezlek/ My tasks in the project:- editing the administration: obtaining permits to organise the event (Cultural conservation license, Permission to use public spaces, Report the event to the local administrative unit and to the police);- Preparation of contracts (sponsorships, donators, partners);- Online communication: webpage and Facebook page editor;- Proofreading of the organisation's Newsletter, collecting articles for the Newsletter;- Preparing promo materials (content for posters, banners, invitations);- Coordination of the local providers for the event City picnic (Mestni piknik);- Invoicing and writing reports;- Sending thank you letters and promo material to sponsors, donators and partners. Apart from the event management, I also prepared the application for tender in the field of culture.
