This intensive program, named the Professional Development School (PDS), has won many national awards and is best-known for producing teacher leaders in the field of Education. I was placed in a wonderful 1st grade classroom with a partner classroom (half-day, once a week) in 3rd grade.During my time in the program, I conducted a teacher inquiry project on coaching 1st graders through public speaking.
