About Monika Wincel

I’m an experienced manager and entrepreneur with over 20 years across SME management, consulting, and private equity. My career began in Poland, managing projects in small and medium-sized businesses, then expanded globally—working and studying in 9 countries on 5 continents with organizations like BCG, the UN’s World Food Program, and KKR Capstone, where I led strategy and transformation projects.In 2024, I founded Cedo Capital to acquire and lead an established Polish SME, applying my diverse background to address succession needs and foster growth. I hold an MBA from INSEAD, a Master’s in Strategic Public Relations from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor’s in Management and Marketing from the University of Warsaw.I’m also deeply passionate about social impact, and mentoring young talent, especially the one from less privileged backgrounds.
