 Part of the team that created process maps and Standard Operating Procedures, for one of the subsidiaries of a leading bank in Nigeria.  On the team of Consultants charged with the responsibility of coming up with the Strategic Management Framework for a State Government in Nigeria’s public sector. The project involved articulating the state government’s vision 2020 and the strategies for realising the vision.  Played a support lead role on a team that carried out compensation and benefits benchmarking for an African Region of a global pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing company with operations in Nigeria and East Africa. The assignment cut across 3 countries, Ghana, Nigeria and Uganda.  Part of the team that carried out a Staff Assessment for a leading indigenous conglomerate in Nigeria. The assignment involved utilizing the Thomas Psychometric Assessment tool.
