Manage the team that develops, deploys, and maintains complex geospatial data management systems with user-friendly interfaces for accessing installation data through secure web applications using ArcGIS, Oracle, and CADD. Onsite Team Development and Program Management: Embedded onsite at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and at Air Force Major Commands to provide program over-site, resource matching and client liaison for Mapping, surveying, environmental and engineering projects specific to Woolpert technical teams supporting Air Force GeoBase and FAA Airports GIS. Serve as an interface with the Clients towards project objectives and proper resource placement. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards and project objectives and schedules, QA/QC of deliverables, and communicating policies and goals to project team. Regularly determine, scope and communicate client needs in the form of project descriptions and formal plans. Conduct regular team meetings to disseminate team goals, standards and objectives. Responsible for communicating all aspects of team resourcing and project progress to all levels of Woolpert and Air Force client management.

Developed complex databases and migrated legacy data for US Air Force environmental programs and designed customer-friendly interfaces to the data through geospatial analysis software. Development environments included Oracle and ArcView. Worked closely with clients and their data to best consolidate what was needed for the decision making they were required. I was one of the owners of Tesseract,a small business. The company, along with our 10 employees, was acquired by Woolpert, Inc in 2004.

Analyzed and modeled groundwater and geological data for US Air Force restoration program clients. Utilized advanced software modeling programs such as ENTEC, Surfer, ArcINFO, and others to best communicate environmental sampling results to clients and regulators.

Assisted Chemical, Geological and Geospatial scientists, in laboratory setting, to develop applications and databases to assist US Air Force Environmental programs with the management of environmental restoration data collected from field contractors.
