I ran an Au pair and shuttle service company with a partner. My role was to interview candidates and place them with appropriate families, screen candidates and cv's, then interview families to find the correct au pair to meet their needs. I drew up contracts for the au pairs and families to sign. I also arranged schedules for au pairs to pick up children from school. Arrange shuttles to collect professionals from the airport and take them home.
