    I started training as a Section Manager within the Food Hall at Windsor, managing an £8 million department turnover within this £17 million turnover store.After 6 months I was moved to Section Manager of the top floor, covering menswear, lingerie, kids and also for a period of 6 month home wearmanaging a turnover of £4 million and a team of 22 with 1 Section Coordinator.Some of my biggest sales achievements included exceeding sales on Home, with a 53% increase on the previous year by using strong communication and influencing skills to request an upgrade on this department. Increasing sales on Kids wear by 25% on the previous year, by identifying a key commercial opportunity, planning and resourcing a major move and successfully implementing. I showed an ability to effectively manage store costs by significantly reducing the stores absence percentage from 4.2% to 2.8% by a regular flow of communication, sideways management and introduction of new ways of working. In September 2010 moved back to the Food Hall as Section Manager due to staffing issues that needed to be addressed, and I was there for a period of 12 weeks.In December 2010 made an internal transfer to Camberley which is a larger format store, as Section Manager of Menswear, managing a team of 36 with 2 Section Coordinators and managing a turnover of £16 million.
