Over twenty years of administrative experience, including three years in Professional Training and Education office(PASSHE- Higher Ed.), Four years of Management experience administering a grant under USDA, seven years experience as a residential and commercial plan reviewer for Berkeley County, and many years in the non profit realm. Excellent at collaboration, and creating community partnerships. Board Service includes: Martinsburg City Board of Zoning and Appeals, Boys and Girls clubs of the Eastern Panhandle, Stars the Shine, and Habitat for Humanity. Bachelor degree in Communication and English, Master in Divinity and Leadership, and currently working on a doctoral degree. Licensed minister, ordained Reverend, and a 2005 graduate of Leadership Lancaster. Experience in reviewing/leading projects, managing employees and overseeing government funded programs in the private and non-profit sector affords the ability to effectively perform an array of duties.
