As a coordinator and tutor at Maastricht Institute of Arts (MaIA) for over six years, I have been empowering fashion students with leadership and design skills that enable them to innovate and create in a dynamic and competitive industry. I have also been pursuing a Master Personal Leadership in Innovation and Change at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, where I have been enhancing my employability, innovation, and personal leadership competencies. In addition, I have been working as a freelance stylist at Mills Fashion Company BV for more than eight years, providing concept design and advice for various clients and projects. I also own mo design, a freelance fashion design business that I started in 1998, where I have been delivering creative and customized solutions for diverse needs and preferences. With my extensive and diverse experience in fashion design, textiles, and apparel, as well as my passion for education and lifelong learning, I aim to contribute to the mission and vision of MaIA and to the development and success of its students and staff.
