Current-Oversees the daily operations of the facility, ensuring all departments function efficiently and effectively to provide high-quality care to residents.-Develops, implements, and regularly reviews policies and procedures that comply with regulatory standards and promote the health, safety, and well-being of residents.-Manages the facility’s budget, including forecasting, allocation of funds, and monitoring expenses to ensure financial stability and cost-effectiveness.-Recruit, hire, train, and evaluates staff members, ensuring a competent workforce that meets the needs of the residents and adheres to professional standards.-Facilitates communication and collaboration among staff, residents, and residents’ families to address concerns, improve satisfaction, and enhance the living environment.-Plan and oversee the execution of wellness and recreational programs that cater to the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.-Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers to ensure the facility is adequately stocked and maintained.-Conduct periodic assessments of the facility’s infrastructure and equipment, initiating upgrades or repairs to meet safety standards and enhance operational efficiency.
