Monique Erickson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in special education. Upon completing her master’s degree she went on to complete course work in applied behavior analysis and obtained her BCBA certification in 2007. Mrs. Erickson began working with children with autism in 1994 as an undergraduate at the University of California, San Diego when she volunteered in Dr. Laura Schriebman's autism research lab on UCSD's campus. Upon graduating she continued her experience in the field of applied behavior analysis implementing home and center based ABA treatment to children with autism with one of the largest ABA providers, the Center For Autism and Related Disorders (CARD). During these years she gained invaluable training and experience implementing treatment one-on-one with children with autism, supervising treatment programs as well as branching out to manage treatment sites in New York and Austin, Texas. With over 10 years of experience providing treatment, training and supporting staff and managing clinics, Mrs. Erickson started her own ABA consulting company in 2008. Her company, Autism Center for Education (ACE), based in Austin, Texas worked privately with families in the community to supervise home-based ABA based treatment programs, collaborate with local schools and provide autism awareness and behavioral training to local preschools. Upon relocating back to California in 2011, Mrs. Erickson took a position with the Institute for Behavioral Training (IBT) working remotely to write training material for their online e-learning platform. Currently Mrs. Erickson works at the Comprehensive Autism Center (CAC) in the Temecula Center location. Over the past six years with CAC she has played an instrumental role in developing the clinical infrastructure and supports as the company grew. Initially taking on the role of training and development her position evolved into the Regional Director overseeing clinical operations in the Temecula and Riverside office locations.
