I am an Associate in the Mainstream Corporate group at Linklaters in London. I have worked with a range of clients, across a diverse range of industries and transactions, including public and private M&A, private equity, corporate governance and capital raisings. Following a working gap year in the UK, I attended Macquarie University in Sydney, where I completed a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Finance) and Bachelor of Laws (with Honours). During my studies I worked as a paralegal at a commercial property law firm and also completed a summer internship with Morgan Stanley as part of their Women in Banking scholarship program. Upon graduating, I joined Allens, a Linklaters alliance firm, in their Sydney office. There, I completed graduate rotations in Banking & Finance and Mergers, Acquisitions & Capital Markets (MAC), ultimately specialising in MAC. In October 2022 I relocated from Sydney to London and joined the Mainstream Corporate team at Linklaters, where I have enjoyed working on a wide range of matters with incredible team members from offices all across the Linklaters network.
