• Routine clerical support in the day to day recording and charting of medical and administrative information Effectively working with team members in ensuring that work is accomplished in a timely matter, effective, well organized mannerAuditing, breaking down discharged charts, maintenance of medical recordsMaintain accurate resident identification, Ensure coordination of MDS schedules and data entry to facilitate accurate and timely MDS submission, care conferencesCoordinate Medicare process, certification, recertification, usage of Medicare days, denial of benefit notice, assist with Medicare appeals process and Medicare STAT line.
