Wow what a journey this has been. Very sudden and very rewarding. I get to love what I do and do what I love. And I get to do it everyday! Over the years of developing my skills in teaching and training in the health and fitness industry, it has become clear that there is a huge need for good quality facilities, with a caring and loving environment.
