  Main Duties:• Sorting and filing documents of clients and classifying data accordingly.• Sorting and filing a large volume of documents related to client accounts, transactions, and other important information based on their relevance and importance, and ensuring that they are stored in a secure and methodical manner.• Entering and maintaining client data in various software systems and databases to ensure all client information is up-to-date and accurate.• Conducting regular quality checks on all client files and documents to ensure that they meet company standards for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors and making recommendations for process improvements where necessary.• Interacting with clients on a regular basis, both in person and over the phone, answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing guidance on the best ways to manage their accounts.• Generating regular reports on client accounts and transactions and analysing the data to identify trends and patterns, making recommendations for process improvements and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.• Ensuring that all client accounts and transactions are in compliance with company policies, as well as local and national regulations, identifying and reporting potential risks and working with management to mitigate any issues that arise.
