- Providing friendly, professional and efficient customer service to Tennis World members, coaching students and customers including responding to phone/ email inquiries in a timely manner.- Organising social leagues, tournaments and programs and ensuring that they are all delivered to the highest levels of customer service and efficiency.- Ensuring the front of house areas, including the pro shop and café are presentable at all times.

- Offering a high level of customer service, through greeting every customer to the facility, responding to phone/ email inquiries in a timely manner and ensuring reception area and marketing facilities are well presented and up to date with information. - Signing up new members including completing a pre-screen questionnaire, entering new members to the membership database and filling out suspensions, cancelations, variations and amendments - Setting up courts for clubs and general public use (i.e. badminton, volleyball, netball and basketball).- Managing couriers deliveries and collection, as well as managing office supplies and stationary and ordering when required.
