The administration role included accounts payables and receivables, processing payroll for wage staff and contractors, entering and creating invoices using xero, creating and updating spreadsheets in excel, answering calls and emails and training new admin staff.The operations assistant role included the quantifying and measuring of all new roof plans, pricing the plan and creating quotes. I was also completing council compliance certificates and did some health and safety work.

The admin role included all general duties from cleaning to keeping everything stocked and ordered, covering reception, helping the secretaries and lawyers when needed, deliveries and catering. After 4 months I was promoted to accounts administrator processing all the trust account transactions and creditors work, processing bills, completing the bank reconciliation and banking daily and balanced the daily transactions every evening.
