Responsible for leading and developing a team of professionals at multiple locations who are focused on exceeding client and guest satisfaction, while providing fresh, high quality offerings. Oversight of $6M contract, 5 managers and 27+ FTEs.• Opened new account contract with three-day turn around from previous contractor. A $2M account with four profit centers and one twenty-four hour operation, plus $650,000 in catering annually• Manage all front and back-house operations for four retail cafes and catering in the entire Golden Valley• Directed efficient guest flow through participative shift management, scheduling a full working staff and managers• Meet regularly with Clients to review financials and budgets• Effectively lead and motivate employees through implementation of in-house training and incentive plans, resulting in increased productivity levels and employee satisfaction • Hold P&L accountability; manage sales analysis, forecasting, and reporting activities • Ensure the integrity of restaurant operations through excellence in customer relations • Participate in Menu Planning Committee meetings to collaborate on the development of new standardized menus, contributing to item, pricing and design changes • Streamline controllable spending in an on-going effort to meet weekly overhead expenditures
