I have over five years of experience in health coaching. Most of it began as informal coaching because at the time, there were no broadcasted titles for "Health Coach", "Wellness Coach". Culturally I grew up in an environment learning about the importance of food and how the body responds to it. In addition to embracing self-compassion for your mental, emotional and physical space. I have spent most of my time in Corporate America and always felt like something was missing. Throughout the day I would coach my peers and encourage them to make healthier food choices along with incorporating some daily activity due to working in a sedentary environment. I posses strong social and relationship building skills, exudes positive energy with everything I do, I am a leader at heart but absolutely enjoy being a part of a team and very loyal to providing an amazing support for individuals on their life journey. I believe in motivating people to become their very best self so they can reach their highest potential. Being a certified Health Coach and Life Coach brings me joy to bridge the gap of those who want to make a change and need someone to hold them accountable, encourage them, reward them and most importantly stretch them to the person they know they can be!
