Responsible for all HR Functions for two branches- Johannesburg (160 Employees) and KZN (60 Employees). Recruitment and Selection.Drafting Discipline and ruling Disciplinary action.Gathering Proof for Disciplinary and preparing for cases.Ensuring all steps are followed through for conciliation and arbitration, and that all sanctions are received and issued.Training and development; planning all training as well as submitting SETA and CATHSETA.Enhancing growth within the company and allowing for internal opportunities.Dealing with Employment equity, ensuring employee concerns are closely dealt with, and sorting out conflict between employees. Reception, Confirmation of employment.Filing and restructuring employee files- key holder. Prepare files for all audits including BEE auditsEnsuring compulsory documentation is always updated.Approving Leave. Monitoring sick leave. Working with Labor department, drawing up UI 19 forms, completing and assisting employees with Maternity leave documents.Managing and updating Disciplinary RecordsWork with the pilot system- In time system and reports for payroll. Load all new employees, monitor time management of employees and absenteeism.Check all payroll reports, before sending it off to load payment. Dealing with Payroll queries and Reimbursements.Drawing up Contracts, take all new recruits through contracts and explain the various clausesConducting interviews- recruitment for various positions in all branches, follow through with criminal checks and polygraph process.Assistant to the Head of HR and DirectorAssisting in Performance reviews.
