As a Housing Manager at Cornerstone Community Development Corporation, I have over 10 years of experience in serving the community and working with children. My mission is to provide housing solutions and support services for people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. I have facilitated workshops on topics such as life skills, financial literacy, and conflict resolution for various groups and organizations.I have also demonstrated excellent leadership skills and the ability to maintain calm in difficult situations while keeping everyone moving toward a goal. I enjoy learning new things and challenging myself each day. Working as an individual or a member of a team is a passion for me. I am always ready to take on any challenge with a positive attitude and attention to detail. I am a social activist and a person with lived experience of homelessness, which gives me a unique perspective and empathy for the people I serve.
