The L.A. Dreamers Foundation, Inc., was established to assist in the growth and development of the LA Dream organization by providing financial support to an individual athlete and the teams. We encourage and promote community service events for the athletes to support their core value centered on strong work ethic, personal character, discipline and perseverance thereby promoting teamwork. By promoting and marketing LA Dream All Stars to the community, we assist in increasing the number of athletes that can participate in the LA Dream organization.

*Managed the daily coordination of event production from inception to completion including but not limited to: all the logistics of the event and guest experience* Researched vendors and caterers negotiated pricing per the customers budget constraints* Facilitated communications including timelines between all staff, vendors and caterers to ensure event efficiency* Work closely with the sales manager on outside marketing for holiday and special events throughout the year* Hired and trained new and existing staff for all events making certain all operations and tasks are executed smoothly *Replied to customer emails and web inquiries, negotiating charter pricing and booking events
