Qualifications/Experience:• Perform Supervision and Governance for the delivery of cleaning and facility services provided to Local & State Government Entities. • Ensure the cleaning at Local Council and Commercial Clients are managed according to contracted scopes inclusive of offices, public amenities, parklands, sportsgrounds•Uphold the companies assurance of services by delivering a high level of cleanliness for myself and workers within my region.• Conduct work in accordance with safe work policies, procedures and completion within required timeframes.•Carry out and manage workers performance in relation to cleaning activities including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, hosing, wiping, disinfecting, degreasing of BBQs, polishing, high pressure water, COVID/Biological Cleans and waste removal.•Restocking facilities hand towel, toilet tissue and soap dispensers as necessary.•Maintain facility security and reporting on areas of concern and associated facility hazards• Ensure the accuracy and completion of facility reports daily with correct locations, conditions before and after, date and time that the amenities were cleaned and report any maintenance and equipment issues.• Inform Operations manager of any cleaning materials or equipment requiring replenishment.• Provide excellent customer service and make every interaction positive.• Utilise rostering system to manage own time and attendance, availability and leave requests.• Undertake other duties as directed by the Operations Manager Cleaning that is within the limits of skill, competence and training. Follow and lead by example ensuring workers adopt safe work practices, procedures, instructions and rules at all times.• Perform all duties in a manner that ensure personal health and safety, and that of others in the workplace and the general public. •Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations at all times. Report and remediate hazards within the facilities for rectification. •Report incidents and assist in investigations, accompany workers to the DRs for treatment• Ensure Council’s and clients Risk Management policy, program and the application of sound risk management practices within the workplace and community are observed and complied with at all times. • • SWMS and daily task assessments completed. Observations of workers and identification of any training needs within the team. • Minimise damage or loss of property in your control and report any damage, loss or exposures observed.
