As a physician leader, Dr. Monique Collier Nickles oversees several clinicians and staff members to support over 35,000 annual pediatric and adolescent ambulatory care practice visits. While leading the practice, she provides primary care, reproductive, and consultative services for adolescents. During the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Nickles led efforts to operationalize telemedicine within the practice, growing effective use of virtual patient care by 100%.As a health and wellness coach and consultant, Dr. Nickles enjoys assisting young adult clients to create and adhere to tactical plans, strategies, and solutions designed to ultimately enhance and simplify their achievement of health and wellness.Amidst a public health care crisis, Dr. Nickles served as a physician resource for the NYC and NJ public to address residents’ concerns and inquiries about the long-term impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the health of children and young adults.
