During my tenure at AT&T & YP Smart Pages Claims in Troy, MI from 2002 to 2013, I held the position of Senior Claims Researcher/Claims Adjuster. In this role, I conducted extensive research investigations for over 1000 corporate and regional businesses, initiating grievances and processing adjustments for advertisements and media claims.As a claims researcher and team member, I acted as a liaison between corporate legal counsel and litigation entities for advertising consumers. I took great care with each investigation, ensuring that all details were correct and accurate, as any incorrect information could potentially result in legal issues for both my employer and clients.In addition to my research and liaison duties, I was also responsible for salvage collections. I successfully retrieved uncollected high-dollar debt from commercial businesses and negotiated high-dollar amount payment arrangements for small retail businesses to large corporate establishments. I have consistently settled accounts of $30k+ per month and settlements exceeding $50k+ per month.I maintained a solid commitment to providing exceptional service to my employer and clients throughout my tenure. My dedication to accuracy and timeliness ensured that all claims were handled efficiently and effectively.
