SexTech Nordics aim to break the stigma, shame and taboo surrounding sexuality. It aims to bring a more inclusive and intersectional perspective into the sexual wellness industry and society. Major tasks and responsibilities: ▪ Assisted in conducting, disseminating and reporting of a Europe-wide research projects STORY, EVA and MapAbility, all funded with the support of EU institutions;▪ Organised and coordinated the "MapAbility - Final Training and Conference", held in Brussels with more than 70 participants, including participants with disabilities and relevant stakeholders from EU institutions;▪ Organised and coordinated the "STORY - Final Training and Conference", held in Brussels with more than 100 participants and relevant stakeholders from EU institutions;▪ Created and produced articles, press releases and content for project websites and social media platforms.

Through traineeship in the European Commission, I acquired sound knowledge and practical experiences of EU policies and missions, rules, procedures and activities of the Commission, especially in the area of the Higher Education, Youth, Adult Education and Erasmus+. During traineeship I was active member of EU trainees career subcommittee, whose main task was to organize various events and workshops focusing on career in EU institutions and organisations, improving CV and cover letter writing skills and preparing for job interview. The main and biggest event of the committee was organising career fair for all EU trainees with more than 1000 attendees and 25 companies.Major tasks and responsibilities: • Assisted in planning, preparation and implementation of AL Agenda national coordinators meeting (around 60 participants);• Assisted in preparations and execution of Kick off meeting for 2013 projects (around 200 participants);• Assisted in the preparation of Christmas lunch for Erasmus+ units (around 150 attendees);• Summarized outcomes of meetings and workshops from Adult Agenda meeting of National coordinators, drafted feedback for DG EAC and next call for proposal;• Assisted in preparation of documentation for OLAF audit;• Prepared the contracts for newly selected projects;• Managed translations and language checks to standard documents of the unit;• Collected and prepared the statistical data for presentation;• Managed the follow up tables of the team.EU trainees career subcommittee tasks: • Designed, coordinated and executed career events and workshops for EU trainees; • Coordinated and executed EU trainees career fair, with more than 1000 attendees and 25 companies.

Tasks and responsibilities:• Information and document management regarding incoming and outgoing mobilities, bilateral agreements and other exchange programmes;• Prepared open calls, contracts, proposal of bilateral agreements, applications, reports;• Created the survival guide for incoming students together with designer;• Organised and executed welcome receptions for incoming students (around 200 per semester);▪ Assisted in preparation, organisation and implementation of Erasmus staff training week (around 15 participants);• Promoted various exchange programmes (Erasmus, Leonardo da Vinci, Erasmus Mundus, CEEPUS) and provided information;• Cooperated with faculty coordinators, national agencies and foreign universities;• Coordinated and made arrangements regarding private accommodation and accommodation in the dormitories for incoming students.

As a student I was working in various companies and agencies as: • Salesperson (ŠOUM, Lush, Udarnik, chocolate boutique, clothes boutique, various international fairs and events);• Promoter for various products and brands (Nivea, Danone, Spar, Mulino Bianco);• Translating from English to Slovene and vice versa;• Individual private English lessons for primary and secondary school students.
