As a former a HR Specialist at the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), I supported the Executive Director's Office including 10 divisions in various aspects of human resources, such as selection, managerial training, onboarding, and benefits. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Colorado Denver, where I graduated with honors and served as the President of the SHRM student chapter and the Sports and Entertainment Business club.I have a diverse background with outstanding leadership and professional enthusiasm. I have completed a certification in ethical leadership, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and development. I have also contributed to significant projects and initiatives at DORA.
